Abstract

This paper critically examines Durjoy Datta, a well-known modern Indian novelist recognized for his fascinating storytelling, and the themes of survival and sacrifice in a few of his works. The paper intends to investigate how Datta represents the themes of survival and sacrifice and their significance in his narratives through a thorough analysis of his novel. The study aims to gain understanding of Datta's representation of human resilience and the decisions people make when presented with trying circumstances by exploring the characters' struggles, decisions, and personal development. Methodology and Approach: Esteem expansion is the method involved with improving one's life by acquiring and applying significant fundamental abilities, moral standards, and human qualities. Definitive thinking, correspondence, decisive reasoning, and navigation are several the capacities that make up central capacities and help individuals with actually crossing the challenges of everyday presence. People can update their own and capable life and gain more noticeable headway and fulfillment by cultivating these gifts.
