In the absence of institutional funding or commercial sponsorship, a modest Article Processing Contribution is requested from authors upon acceptance of their manuscript. This contribution supports essential publishing services including editorial evaluation, peer review management, manuscript processing, online hosting, website maintenance, and long-term digital preservation of published research. The journal maintains complete transparency in its processes and ensures that editorial decisions are based solely on academic merit, independent of any financial consideration.

Support for Early Career Researchers

The journal is committed to promoting inclusive academic participation and supporting emerging scholars. In this regard, full waivers are available for eligible PhD scholars upon submission and verification of a valid EWS certificate. This initiative reflects the journal’s dedication to encouraging research contributions from scholars who may require financial support while maintaining equal academic opportunity.

The journal is committed to promoting inclusive academic participation and ensuring that financial constraints do not hinder the dissemination of quality research. Members of the SPL who are experiencing genuine financial hardship may request a 100% waiver of the Article Processing Charge (APC). Upon verification of membership and consideration of the request, the APC may be fully waived.

In addition, the journal may also consider requests for free publication from authors facing exceptional financial difficulties, irrespective of membership status. Such requests will be reviewed confidentially on a case-by-case basis, with the objective of supporting deserving scholars while maintaining the journal's standards of academic quality and editorial integrity. This initiative reflects the journal's commitment to equitable access to scholarly publishing and to fostering research from all sections of the academic community.
